Eboni Clemons, MPH

Eboni Dionne is a Certified Health Coach, and mother to one son. She decided to become a Health Coach after a personal transformation that she undertook, not only to improve her physical health but most importantly to improve her mental health by means of sincere spiritual work and practices. Therefore, healthier food and diet choices became easier and a more natural part of her life. From early childhood she became an ever passionate student of science, health and nutrition.  Growing up watching her father succumb to Multiple Sclerosis opened her heart, guiding her path in the studying the cause of “dis”-ease, and how the human spirit endures to overcome life’s many challenges.  Through personal obstacles, triumphs, and even losses she is dedicated to assisting men and women overcome the challenges that life has prepared for them to conquer.  Her mission is to facilitate healing through activating your DNA to heal yourself.

 

Accumulating more than 17 years of professional and educational experience.  She received a Bachelors of Science in Biology from Langston University, Langston, OK, and subsequently earned a Masters of Public Health from University of North Texas Health Science Center, Fort Worth, TX. Continues to work as a consultant/trusted advisor and trainer in health and safety for more than 9 years. Her training as a Health Coach was obtained at Integrative Nutrition in New York; certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. In 2015 she became an adjunct faculty member at Tarrant County College teaching classes about Health and Nutrition. Community service and involvement is cornerstone in her beliefs of restoring health to the masses, doing so by volunteering for her Sorority Delta Sigma Theta, Inc., Blue Zones Project Fort Worth, and various local community organizations. Eboni leads workshops on cooking classes, nutrition, body image and spirituality; offering individual and group consultations
